PGJL Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Our Rules, Stated Plainly

Welcome to pgjl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Member", "you") and pgjl ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pgjl website located at https://pgjl.best and all associated services, games, and features offered through it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on pgjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pgjl.

These Terms should be read alongside the pgjl Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pgjl. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms take precedence.

To register and maintain a pgjl account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. pgjl strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time and pgjl reserves the right to suspend accounts pending satisfactory proof of age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing pgjl does not violate any laws applicable to you in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons subject to legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register on pgjl.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or regulatory self-exclusion order on pgjl or any affiliated platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not a pgjl Employee: Current employees, contractors, or agents of pgjl and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to hold member accounts.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on pgjl. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud under these Terms.

To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

pgjl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing a withdrawal, pgjl may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, Philhealth ID, or voter's ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (GCash account screenshot, bank statement showing account name)
• Selfie with the submitted ID document where required

pgjl will process KYC submissions within three (3) business days in most cases. Accounts pending KYC may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily. pgjl will not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgjl login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. pgjl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. All financial transactions on pgjl are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). pgjl accepts the following deposit methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum single deposit: ₱100
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your pgjl wallet instantly or within the processing time of the selected payment provider.
• pgjl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• pgjl reserves the right to request the source of funds for deposits above ₱50,000 as part of AML compliance obligations.

If a deposit does not appear in your pgjl wallet within thirty (30) minutes of a successful payment confirmation from your provider, contact pgjl support with your transaction reference number. pgjl will investigate and credit confirmed deposits manually where appropriate. pgjl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processor outages.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your pgjl account. pgjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• GCash / Maya: Under 10 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer: Typically within 1 hour during banking hours
• BDO / BPI / UnionBank: 1 to 3 business days depending on inter-bank clearing
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable
• Withdrawals may be held pending review if pgjl identifies unusual account activity or AML triggers
• pgjl reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments across multiple business days

pgjl offers various promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus terms outlined below.

• Bonuses are credited to your pgjl wallet within 30 minutes of the qualifying action being confirmed
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active per member at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to wagering completion
• pgjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected members
• Members found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through coordinated betting across accounts, using bonus funds to place opposing bets, or other abuse patterns — will have bonuses forfeited and may face account suspension on pgjl

The pgjl welcome bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. It is not available to existing members, members who have previously held a pgjl account, or members identified as duplicates of existing accounts. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement as stated on the promotions page at the time of claiming.

Free bets on pgjl represent a stake provided by pgjl on your behalf. Winnings from a free bet consist of the profit portion only — the free bet stake is not returned. Free bets expire within the period specified on the relevant promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All games available on pgjl — including slots, live casino games, virtual sports, and instant-win titles — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet in any game on pgjl, you agree to the game rules as they apply to that specific game and software provider.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on pgjl use certified, independently audited RNG systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome or return for any individual session. Game results are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the game server.

Live dealer games on pgjl stream from licensed studios operated by approved third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. All baccarat, roulette, and blackjack outcomes are determined by physical cards and equipment in a monitored studio environment. Once a round is completed and the result is broadcast and recorded by the studio, the outcome is final. Bets placed after the official "no more bets" call will not be accepted and will be returned.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet on pgjl — including server interruption, disconnection, or software error — pgjl will investigate using available game logs. If the outcome cannot be determined with reasonable certainty, the affected bet(s) will be voided and stakes returned. pgjl's decision on game malfunction outcomes is final.

The pgjl sportsbook covers sports including football, basketball (PBA and NBA), MMA, boxing, esports, and other markets. All sports bets are subject to the general betting rules outlined in this section and the specific rules applicable to each sport and market.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. pgjl reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system fault — will be voided regardless of whether the bet was accepted at the quoted price.
• In-play bets are subject to the in-play rules for the relevant sport. Delays in live data feeds may result in the suspension or voiding of in-play markets.
• For combat sports (MMA and boxing), bets are settled on the official result as declared by the sanctioning authority. Unofficial scorecards, promoter decisions, and media reports do not constitute settlement.
• Esports markets are settled on the official result broadcast at the conclusion of the relevant match or tournament stage. pgjl reserves the right to void markets on esports events cancelled, postponed, or disrupted beyond a reasonable period.
• pgjl reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any member account or any market at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pgjl and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud on pgjl
• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on pgjl
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated accounts, arbitrage betting, or other schemes designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses
• Money laundering: Using pgjl as a vehicle to launder proceeds of crime. pgjl complies fully with Philippine AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to exploit game or betting mechanics on pgjl
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over pgjl's systems or other players
• Chargeback fraud: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on pgjl

pgjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms
• pgjl suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• The member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• The member's account shows activity consistent with prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9
• pgjl is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, pgjl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, withheld funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. Where no breach is found, funds will be returned to the member's verified payment method.

Members may close their pgjl account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to the member's verified payment method, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

pgjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the pgjl Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By using pgjl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pgjl uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, comply with regulatory obligations, and — where you have opted in — to communicate promotional offers. pgjl will not sell your personal data to third parties. pgjl may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers where necessary to operate the platform lawfully and securely.

pgjl is committed to responsible gaming and offers the following tools to help members manage their play. These tools are available in your pgjl account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to existing limits take 24 hours to activate; decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During exclusion, you cannot deposit, bet, or claim bonuses on pgjl. Exclusion cannot be removed early.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgjl's total liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgjl is not liable for: losses arising from third-party payment processor delays or failures; losses arising from internet connectivity issues outside pgjl's control; indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; or losses arising from reliance on information published on pgjl that was accurate at the time of publication but has since changed.

pgjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to members via the email address registered on their pgjl account and via a notice on the pgjl website at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

Continued use of pgjl after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pgjl is licensed. In the event of a dispute between you and pgjl, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pgjl's internal complaints procedure.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory body under whose license pgjl operates.
